We are pleased to announce Awakening the Illuminated heart workshop® (ATIH). This is
the only programme that is authorised and taught at The School of remembering by
Drunvalo Melchizedek.

The Awakening the Illuminated heart workshop is based on the lifetime studies of Drunvalo
Melchizedek, which started with sacred geometry to introduce the world to the Merkaba
meditation until the studies and teachings of the heart, that are now presented in this
powerful workshop.

This seminar is designed for you to heal, connect and move into your heart space, learn to
create from a space of Unity consciousness, and learn the steps for ascension. 

This is a 4 day intensive workshop, that is going to take you through a journey of magical
healing and transformation for yourself and the planet. This work vibrate the statement ‘as
within so without’ so if we all move and start living from the heart space the entire universe
will be affected and will shift along.

How will this 4-day-ATIH-Journey benefit you?
You will be given notions and information about the power and energy of the heart that
dates back to Ancient Atlantis and Beyond.

You will be taken into a deep healing with the rest of the group to heal any conscious and
unconscious wounds, traumas and patterns that (you might not recognise) are impeding
you to truly live 100% in your heart.

-You will practise some deep and ancient heart opening exercises.
-You will physically move into the sacred and holy part of your heart to begin experiencing a
new life based on love.
-You will be given tools to create a new world and and new life that have not been used for
a very very long time.
-You will be shown the way to experience love form the heart and not from the brain as we
are used and exposed in this modern society.
-You will be given all tools and info to continue this practise/ meditation by yourself.

Anyone from any background, age, and point of view can be part of this work. This
seminar is designed to bring oneness so you are more than welcome, whatever
experience you had in life with meditations or spiritual practises, business background or
else. The creation process that we teach in this workshop will be beneficial and useful to

The ATIH workshop includes:

All teachings, healing and practises during the 4 days
A document with the step by step meditation to practise at home
Recorded meditation by Irene to practice at home
Workshop Program
9 am to 6 pm each day
Lunch 1 hour and 30 minutes
Morning break 30 minutes
afternoon break 30 minutes

-On day one you will be presented with an opening ceremony, theories from the past and
ancient teachings, practices to open the heart.

-Day two is a complete day of healing to remove wounds, traumas, patterns that could keep
you stuck in the brain and not letting you move into the heart.

-Day three moving into the sacred space, moving into the tiny space of the heart, Activation
of the pineal gland.

-Day four Connecting the heart to the brain, learning how to create from the heart space
and activating the merkaba field from the tiny space of the heart, closing ceremony.

About Irene Viglia Atton
Irene is a certified Teacher for the new School of Remembering that Drunvalo Melchizedek
founded in July 2011. She was one of the first teachers to graduate and start teaching in
the world.
She is Italian in origins, born in a small town in the North west part of Italy, very close to
the radiant Mont Blanc.
At the age of 21 she left Italy to move to the UK that is her home and base. She has a
degree in International business and a background in international business development.
But her strong sense of being at service and wanting to help on this planet brought her
through time to discover different traditions and culture, she is a psychic, a Reiki master, a
life coach, a spiritual facilitator and a HeartMath trainer and coach
Throughout the time with Drunvalo Melchizedek, Irene has been introducing Awakening
the Illuminated heart in many places and traditions. She taught in the United Kingdom,
Italy, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Turkey, Middle East in Bahrain, Mexico, Peru
She also has been helping the School of remembering as a Mentor helping training
teachers for this practise.
She is a certified trainer for the HeartMath institute and for the Kaballah of Light ancient
Lineage
Her adventures continue to bring the ‘heart’ in all of those lands that are ready to receive
the new vibration, with peace, joy and gratitude.
Who is Drunvalo Melchizedek
Drunvalo is the author of five books including The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life,
